I called this company because I was having an issue with my boiler which heats the floor in my garage. One morning my wife was going to work and her car thermometer said it was 92 degrees. I had the thermostat set at 60. Obviously something wasn't operating correctly. The guy that came over was a real good guy. He checked it out and said everything is working fine. He left me a bill for $96. He said get a second opinion. I don't feel I should be charged for a repair that didn't happen. Service: Heating system repair
Climate Control Systems was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. When the technician (whose name escapes me) was on his way, I received a phone call from the office and also an email letting us know. The technician diagnosed and remedied the problem within 5 minutes of his arrival. I would highly recommend Climate Control Systems to anyone that needs any type of HVAC work!
Install techs were very respectful and professional. Took the time to be thorough with what they did and how to use the new equipment.
