Recommended by a friend, we contacted Bill Enright for a quote on replacing our furnace and air conditioner. The price was fair and the installation done by Sean and Kevin was outstanding. They were professional and knowledgeable and did an awesome job installing the units. They went over with me what was done and answered all my questions. Found out why they are the cheapest Hvac company around. They cut nothing but corners, after talking with some neighbors and my sister that I referred too, they didn’t install the equipment like the manufacturer wants it done. When they call the owner, he will sound surprised and deny that it needs to be done. He will offer to have the installer come back to fix the problem and no charge. Every time you call the office, the answering service always picks up and takes a message. Pay the extra money and get it done the correct way the first time, unless if you have nothing but time and having them out back again to fix the main problem. They lost my business for sure
