Remote Control: Some systems offer remote control options, letting you adjust your HVAC settings even when you're away from home.
Seems that thet just charge a service fee and find an actual HVAC contractor for you, who charges another fee. Their contractor wanted $500 for what he said would take 20 mins to do. Absolutely ridiculous, just trying to take advantage of someone when it's cold and you need heat. A lawyer's rate is less than that. Never calling this place again.
