I noticed Joe's repair truck in the alley and asked if he could check something out quick for me. He immediately responded, did a quick look and went right to work. The issue was more involved, but he had the tools and parts in the truck and expertise in his head. Issue fixed. I am happy. And loved that he had an apprentice which he coached the entire time.
