We worked with JC Heating and Cooling for about 13 years before a recent move. They installed and maintained all of our heating, cooling, humidifier and boiler systems for all of those years and were incredibly professional, responsive, hard working, problem solving and respectful. They install top quality systems while also being honest about ways to prioritize and save on additional work. In addition, their owner and office team is wonderful to work with. Woke up and found it very warm in our house…our air conditioner fan stopped (knew it was the capacitor). Called and got an appointment same day (during the busiest time of the season, they fit us in), same day. Tech was amazing…even explained the repair to my 16 year old while giving him tips. Friendly, fair and prompt. So far, the unit is performing well. Being 19 years old…not bad. I’ll be using them for our new unit in the near future. Highly recommended! Our AC unit went out in the dead of summer and JC was easy to call and make a next day appointment. The technician was prompt, communication was excellent and the price for repairs and installation was reasonable. The whole experience from having our AC break to getting a new unit up and running took less than 48 hours! Super impressed with the services!
