R&R Plumbing Technicians

Our plumber was on vacation and we didn’t have much luck scheduling another on such short notice. I registered online and an R&R rep began texting me immediately. Steve came and was prompt and professional. Offered several options (at various price points) to correct our plumber problems. He also adjusted the wonky faucet so it’s much more convenient to use! Called on an issue- they came out right away. Nick could not have been nicer and was an absolute straight shooter. Answered every question I had very clearly. Could have run up a bill on me, but didn’t- that was greatly appreciated. Problem solved at a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend.

After having trouble getting a licensed plumber to my house, I called R&R. They answered my call, made the appointment and notified me when my technician was on their way. It was a polite and timely experience. Mike was honest with me and very willing to explain things (since I ask a lot of questions). I will keep their card on my refrigerator.
