This vendor was a terrific find. Eric was immediately responsive and on site the next day to price a new commercial unit. Last fall and this spring they replaced everything for us. Furnace, air conditioner, removed the humidifier and replaced it with a dehumidifier for our moisture issue, iwave system, and water heater. They even fixed one of our water pipes that had corroded. They were fast, friendly, 100% transparent about pricing (no games or bait and switch), quotes were professional and not pushy. I don’t think we will need anything for a while given everything we replaced but if we need any maintenance in the future they will be my first choice.
