Lockwood Furnace Company

Thank you to Bob Swanson, Doug Price, Mike Plada, and Matt our technician! We decided to replace our old (35 yr+) AC and Furnace units in June 2023. Lockwood was recommended by my neighbor, and I am glad we chose them. Our free estimate was easy to schedule, and Bob came out to go over all options needed for our home. During the 2-day installation Doug and Mike explained every step of the way what was going to be done during the process and after installation walked through our new systems answering all our questions. About a month later the AC unit was running extremely loud outside. We made a service call and Matt the technician came out the same day. Immediately upon hearing the unit he identified it was the contactor due to a bad coil and spring. He explained the cause and what needed to be done and fixed within minutes. Matt was excellent! We went through 2 other HVAC companies and they wanted to replace our whole AC unit which was 7 years old due to a leak. Matt found the leak right away and extended his time to stay and fix it for us! Saved us over $7,000!! He was very informative and friendly! I highly recommend his service!

Came home from vacation to an 84 degree home. Lockwood came out in a timely manner, Bob explained everything and gave us options. Andy and crew were professional and personable and always on time.
