Brandon came early, fixed both problems, gave me a few tips to help with our plumbing.friendly, courteous, efficient and did a great job. I love Omega.
We have been clients of Omega for years. They maintained my business' old water heater and when the time came replaced it. (NO problems since, yay!) They are knowledgable, friendly, and very professional. Great customer service anytime I call for help. Highly recommend for commercial and residential, they're great! Terrible customer service & I’m still waiting for Phil to call me back one month and 3 messages later. Paid a few hundred more than what was expected, given the quoted hourly rate and materials used. I wasn’t going to argue with the plumber who was a nice guy and said Omega would provide a detailed invoice the next day….Didn’t happen. Shame on me for not expecting to be gouged. Beware of this company. Two stars for my softener not leaking
