KMK did repaired my outside trim. The job was rather small with little or no room for margin and profit, but their sales rep. Chris, gave me a good price and was always very professional. Their carpenter, Jeff, did a great job, very skilled carpenter, but what impressed me the most was their owner, Kai, who I never met, but who is very honest; he stood behind his every promise.

Beware, company is not upfront with all costs. Does not communicate with the homeowner when outside work is contracted out and at the cost that it is done at.I’m still dealing with bills from an outside contractor that kmk called in to assist them almost 1 year later after job completion.

I had hail damage to my home last spring. Chris from KMK was very patient and helpful in walking me through the whole process. The install crew did a great job on my roof and siding and I could not be happier.
