Derek, and the entire Lakeland team delivered an outstanding product. From planning to completion my wife and I cannot say enough great things about our experience. As a Senior Superintendent for a large general contractor the expectation for quality and communication from start to finish comes with a high expectation for our own home. Lakeland delivered hands down, the experience has exceeded my expectations 10 fold!! Lakeland installed new shingles as well as Hardi board siding and trim. Finished the project off with soffit and seamless gutters topped with gutter guards.
