After a couple of years of low to no cooling from my relatively new AC unit (5 yrs old), and after calling several companies who provided ineffective service (Four Seasons, King Heating and AC, Hoekstra, etc,). Rich, from Lansing Heating and AC Service came to the Rescue! Rich very efficiently and effectively diagnosed and alleviated the problem. He provided conscientious on time service. I’ve used Lansing Heating and Cooling in the past for maintenance of my furnace and appreciated the service. This time around, I called them on a 90 degree day because my AC stopped working properly. I was hot and horrified at the thoughts of potential costs to fix the issue. I called the operator at the business and Rich, the technician, returned my call immediately. He was personable and walked me through a few tests before determining he would need to come out. He came out the next day, as promised, and was able to fix the problem without me spending my life savings. :-) Rich was professional, funny, personable and informative. Great people from Kelly in the office, to Todd-gave us an estimate, to the crew of Rob, Ben, and Corey. All were professional, explained things, helpful. The crew was on time. They were professional, and friendly. Answered all our questions, explaining things well. Nice work, nice cleanup. Pride in their work. We were very comfortable with them being in our home. We are now very comfortable with our new furnace and are confident we will be comfortable this coming summer with our new air conditioner.
