Scott was very knowledgeable and clearly explained why our current equipment wasn’t working properly. He did a great job implementing fixes and making sure everything was working before leaving. Falcon pricing was reasonable and fair
I honestly don't think a HVAC company could have provided better service if they tried. Scott and Matt from Falcon listened to my radiator issue, assessed the problem with obvious knowledge, and efficiently fixed what was wrong. On top of that, they were just nice guys. I would highly recommend Falcon for any HVAC services, they were 5 stars without a doubt!
