My kitchen sink was backing up and needed rodding out. I called at 8am and I was given a 4 hour window for their technician to arrive. Bob arrived at 11:30a and took a look at my plumbing in the basement. Before he began his work of clearing out the entire run of pipe with their rodding machine, Bob laid down a new tarp to protect my floors. Our garbage disposal was clogged and caused a back up water in our dishwasher and sinks. I called first thing in the morning and they got somebody out by 1:00 pm that day.
