I had a rotten egg smell from my water heater. Tom from Jim Dhamer installed a Corro-Protec anode rod and the smell cleared up in 1-2 days. They squeezed me in their schedule and were very professional, courteous and friendly. The workmanship was superb and the price was very reasonable. These individual have an attitude problem when you speak to them. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I was told they “don’t have time for me”. Do yourself a favor and find a friendly plumbing professional.
Our garbage disposal was clogged and caused a back up water in our dishwasher and sinks. I called first thing in the morning and they got somebody out by 1:00 pm that day. TJ and Tommy were fantastic! Hard working, so very nice and thorough!! We have use this company in the past and have always been very pleased. I would highly recommend them!
