Both the Rocket dispatcher and plumber were respectful and courteous. While I did not have an emergency, they were able to make a prompt appointment for the diagnosis and repair. Has it already had a competitive quote I could tell that they gave me an equal or better price. They were also able to suggest some preventive maintenance adding 30% of the bill rather than waiting for additional failures and costing me 300% more. It was a good experience all around.
