Had some issues with our heating system, got Carls Heating And Cooling number from a friend. Easy scheduling and communication. Not everyone would call you ahead of time even they promised. Service is good, pricing is reasonable, the technicians who came are helpful, professional, and responsible. I am that kind of customer like I know nothing but I also want to know everything that is going on. They explained all possible issues with me, what they were looking for and how they were going to diagnose and repair. Very pleasant experience. RECOMMEND!
Carl's Heating And Cooling team was very professional. It was a positive experience. I highly recommend this company and the gentlemen who came out to do the installation of our new air conditioning system. They were all polite, kind and courteous. David took plenty of time to make sure we understood our new system.
We had Carl's Heating And Cooling install a new furnace and air condition units a couple of years ago. They were outstanding. Since then we have our systems checked biannually.
