Thames Electrical Services were very professional and courteous from the time they gave us our estimate to the completion of the job. They worked with us and asked us questions throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied. After completion of the job, they walked me through the entire house and explained everything to me and made sure I understood before they left. I would highly recommend Thames Electrical Services company and especially these two individuals for all your electrical needs.
An electrician was required to install an outdoor plug for a water fountain. He arrived immediately, was reasonably priced, friendly and did an excellent job. We couldn't have asked for a more excellent level of service. Five stars isn't enough to capture the positive experience I've had with Thames Electrical Services. It comes highly recommended from me!
I called several of times to have some electrical work done. They gave me one time frame and no one never called or showed up. I called again they tell me the guy was running behind and was gonna be a lil late and would have to schedule for a later time. 4:00 pm still no call or no show. At this point I’m like it is what it is, I also try and give people the benefit of the doubt. But when it gets to this point. I’m good, there’s to many electricians out here to be stressed out over one
