An electrician was required to install an outdoor plug for a water fountain. He arrived immediately, was reasonably priced, friendly and did an excellent job. We couldn't have asked for a more excellent level of service. Five stars isn't enough to capture the positive experience I've had with Thames Electrical Services. It comes highly recommended from me!
Been using Thames Electrical Services to service my generator and for other electrical work for well over 10 years. Service techs are courteous and always very professional. I had a sudden problem where I noticed the generator did not go on for its weekly test run. After some quick checks over the phone they sent a service tech right away with the mission to ensure my generator was up and running as soon as possible. Mike was great, found the problem and got things working. Checked out the entire generator to be sure everything was working well.
Thames Electrical Services coordinated the repairs and kept me up to date on the status of parts and the time frame of the generator panel and additional outlet installation. Tech did a great job of getting the work done quickly and efficiently. Thames Electrical Services did a great job of getting us set up and working.
