Tim was great! We had a small issue after replacing our air conditioner and he came back that same day. He made sure if we had any other issues, to call.
Tim and his technician Scott did a very nice job from the house visit to the quoting process through installation. The Ruud furnace that was installed in my home seems very solid and I am looking forward to years of hassle-free heating. In terms of pricing, out of 3 quotes they had the best value.
