I recently called a three letter company you see on the TV all the time and was blown away by the price and amount of work being quoted to me. I then Googled around and found Simon and read the reviews. I knew I had found the right company for the job, and Josh solidified my opinion when he came out to fix my hot water leak. He did a great job at a great price! I’ll definitely be calling Simon again for any plumbing needs.

In 2021, I contacted Simon Plumbing for an estimate on doing some plumbing work in my basement. A gentleman came out to look at the job. He said I could expect an estimate in a few days. After a week, I contacted the office. The woman said they were waiting on the price for one part and I should have the estimate in a day or two. Estimate was never received. Not how you treat a customer.

As a landlord and rehabber I had given Simon Plumbing a number of projects. The work was not thorough and we needed to call them in repeatedly for the same problem (rodding and clogged drains) this was for a number of houses, not just one. In one property they cracked the new ceramic sink in a freshly rehabbed bathroom. I called to discuss a credit but my calls were not returned and the problem never resolved. They do a nice job if they "feel like it", you may or may not get a call back. Marley in the office is nice enough but she doesn't make the decisions. If you don't mind being ignored you can take your chances, otherwise I cannot recommend them.
