My A/C condenser seemed to be short cycling. Ben came out looked over my unit, and diagnosed a couple potential problems. Of course, this was after giving my dogs plenty of love and attention when entering our home :) Apparently the new unit I had put in last year (from a different company) was missing a component, and resulted in a leak of refrigerant. He also noticed my Nest thermostat may not be communicating to the system correctly due to lack of a constant power wire. So, Ben made some professional recommendations on what to do moving forward. I was extremely pleased with his attitude and patience as I asked a few follow-up questions. In the end the price was MORE than fair for a fast and efficient solution.
