It’s hard to find the right words to adequately describe this company. We have been blessed to have the help of Integrity for several years now, and they are the gold standard in heating and air conditioning. On our recent repair, Aaron and Tim were polite, prompt, and super professional. Every single representative they have sent our way has been courteous and unbelievably respectful. They know how to hire and train their people. Stop looking for a company right now and try these guys. I guarantee you won’t go back to anybody else! With a name that starts with "INTEGRITY" it would be great if truly their advertising ethics proved such, however, after THREE failed attempts of phone calls NOT returned, I find myself writing. They do great work at a reasonable price; they claim to give you cash incentives when you refer friends and family however that is NOT true. TWO friends actually purchased new systems due to my referral months ago and I have yet to see the "CASH" Shouldn't be advertising something that is not carried through. Every time I call, they listen and then state that they will ask the owner, and then give me their word that they will "call back tomorrow" but it never happens.
