Called their office mid day during the latest blast of heat and humidity. AC acting up. Figured they'd be booked for days. Not so. Had a service tech here in 30 minutes. Old unit can't be repaired. They installed a new unit next day. Extraordinary service. Dougs is the best. Highly recommended
Where do I start....this company and it's employees are superb! The job (replacing my furnace and central air conditioner) was not easy; they faced difficulties and were determined to tackle the situation and "do it right", no matter how long it took that day. The sense of team with these guys is phenomenal, with many employees working there for 15 or more years. Professional, courteous, hard working only a 30 minute break all day. Clean up from the job was fantastic. HIRE THEM!!!!!!
Chris installed our new AC unit and we could not be happier with the urgency to get things fixed and the quality of work. Every single person I dealt with through Doug’s was very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
