My wife and I had our basement plumbing replaced. The estimate was fair and the bid came back quickly. Plumber showed up on time and during the work was very amicable. The job was done professionally and was finished on time. There were very few glitches. I will have some plumbing work done in the future and I will certainly hire them to do it. Thank you.

Do not contact JL Brady Co. For any work, (im speaking on be half of my older parents). JL Bradyco was contacted to replace an outside hose bib, they sent out one of the plumbers to do the work. About a few months later the hose bib snapped off the wall, because JL Brady never secured the hise bib to the home instead their "certified plumber" relied on the copper fittings/pipe to support the forces exerted on the garden hose. Then after inspecting the rest of the work done by JL Brady Co. "Certifed plumber" it was found that 20% of the connections were not secured or Crimped together and were just dangling in the fitting ( if you research why (pro press ) or any crimped style fitting leak it is cause by not being crimped in the first place) JL BRADY CO. was contacted to complete not warranty the job they were paid to do but declined and said its out of warranty and wouldn't be doing it. JL BRADY CO. Does not have a qualified plumber because a qualified plumber would not leave 20 % of

I was so impressed with JL Brady Co that I felt compelled to write a review. I have always used a more local company for everything HVAC, but their customer service has declined. I wanted to get a new min-split system installed. The other company told me it would take 45-60 days just to get a sales person to my house, and then another 45-60 days to get it ordered and installed. I then called JL Brady and they sent a sales person to my house just 2 hours later! I already saved 2 months! A couples days later I received the estimate, approved it, got on their schedule for the following Friday and it was installed in one day. From start to finish it took 12 days instead of 120! The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The installers were as well and did amazing work. The installation looks great both inside and out.
