I contacted Kenny Davis through All Storms for hail damage I had on my roof a few weeks ago. He was very attentive, answered all my questions (even when I was a pain in the butt), always responded to my texts and phone calls in an extremely timely manner. I have never dealt with a big project like this on my own before, and with him guiding and helping me through this process with insurance by helping me pick out colors, and work with my schedule for I work nights, was a huge relief Kenny and the All Storms Team provided. Lance came out with the inspector, for I could not be there since my daughter had a college awards ceremony. It was great for them to get the process going with zero stress to me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about All Storm Solutions! Lance was quick to come out and inspect our roof, worked with the insurance rep and had a very quick turnaround time. He answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly and took care to make sure we understood the process. My biggest concern was all of my spring plants that were blooming that I had just planted last season. Lance assured me they would do everything in their power to not disrupt or disturb my flower beds while working. Thankfully, the way they cover flower beds protected ALL my plants, you couldn’t even tell we had a new roof put on because the area was not disturbed at all!! My roof got hail damages. I called State Farm and then contacted Eric Petry. He acted very fast, comes to check and get State Farm agent involved. Decision was made and State Farm agreed to pay for repair. Eric quickly ordered the materials and repairs are done on 7/17. Thanks Eric and Storm Solutions.
