Marquise Plumbing and Backflow

I was referred to marquis by my steam boiler furnace installer Nortek last year. I needed a 10' lead pipe replaced. Jay came out& fixed it right up, also pointed out 2 more pipes that needed to be replaced& said we should probably do it before the furnace needed to be used this year, which came surprisingly early. They had great prices& I thought I'd be their customer for life.I called& texted several times for a month asking to schedule an appt& kept getting put off. Brad just texted me and said we don't do boilers, sorry. What? That was diplomatic. Well he just lost a customer for any other plumbing jobs I'll ever have.

I left a message at 7:30AM, Brad called me back before his office opened and was here by 10AM to clear a badly clogged kitchen drain. I appreciated that he shared the fee with me on the phone. Brad is awesome. Had a battery backup sump pump behaving erratically with different error codes. Unlike others, he did a very thorough assessment inside and out, tested voltages, etc. and confidently said, "I found your problem."
