Aspect Plumbing & Heating

I bought an Angie's List deal and was pleased with the service I received (August 2014). Aspect was easy to schedule. Matthew did the work at my home which included recessing a gas line to my new stove (that ABT sold me without warning that my gas line might prevent proper installation!), capped an unused gas line in the basement and installed a new kitchen faucet (the old one was leaking, or so I thought). After Matthew left, I realized that my leak wasn't a faucet issue, but was a trap issue. Matthew came back and fixed the trap issue. He didn't fix it "ideally" but will come back when I request, which will be when I get new countertops/integrated sink. Even with the deal, I thought the visit was pricey ($450 including the cost of the AL deal) but maybe I'm just out of touch with the price of plumbing/labor. Review cross-posted on Angie's List

Aspect Plumbing is the perfect example of extraordinary customer service! They visited our house to fix a defective float. The part was replaced and we thought we were in the clear. Approximately one week later, we experienced similar issues that we thought the replacement part would have fixed. We called Aspect Plumbing back and they came out as soon as possible. It turns out the first fix was only part of the problem, and there was another issue at hand. They not addressed the issue, but they did it at no additional cost! In addition to this, the plumber stayed and tested the plumbing several times to make sure that we wouldn't have that issue again. It's that kind of customer service that will have us calling Aspect Plumbing again if we every have plumbing issues in the future.

Had an urgent situation with my boiler not working properly, we did not have any heat during when the temperatures dropped. Aspect sent Matt Nonnie to my house to fix the situation. He informed me it was an simple fix, some sort of sensor, to be replaced. I was so happy he went and got the replacement part and fixed it right away. I was told by another plumber that the unit was 15 years old and needed to be replaced, when I brought that up to Matt he informed me that the boiler was 15 years old but the life expectancy of the unit was upwards of 20 years and that I had a lot of life left in the current unit. I feel like I was treated as a person and with honesty, something I don't feel most home service companies provide anymore.
