After using this company for 8 years and two homes we had to switch. Yesterday on the coldest day of the year the furnace stopped working. The technician came said it was working and never mentioned to us that the inducer motor may need to be replaced not that it could happen again if not. Only later that night when the furnace stopped working did we read the invoice and see that last part. Most disappointing after servicing the furnace that day and claiming to have 24/7 emergency service when we called at 9PM we were told no one is coming tonight and we could call back in the morning. Unacceptable - at a minimum you’d apologize for your massive fail and tell us you could be here first thing. Or honor your 24/7 emergency service. Buyer beware. We required prompt service due to a water heater leak. Technicians arrived quickly and explained everything in detail. We did require a new water heater, which was installed shortly after. These folks are fabulous! Highly recommend their services!

My heat was not working during a very cold couple of days. I called first thing in the morning (after trying to google a solution myself unsuccessfully) and my call was answered right away. They took my info and gave me an estimated time when someone would arrive. John arrived right on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix my furnace and start heating up my house right away! A new part was needed and they were able to accommodate my schedule to return and replace it. The cost was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the service provided.
