Our restaurant commercial water heater decided to no call no show today so we were in a bind. Of all the plumbers we called Wiz was the only company able to get us a new tank and get us installed the same day (everyone else was close to 1 week out). Felicia answered our call and jumped right into action. She got everything setup and we had people and parts arriving with an hour of the call. Tyler was the technician I spoke with and was awesome. Friendly and very competent. Work was completed quickly, professionally and within the estimate provided. There was another technician who was equally as impressive and knowledgeable, regrettably I cannot recall his name. Did I mention the pricing was also better than all the other companies I spoke to?
