I've had a positive experience with the customer support, always ready to assist with any electrical inquiries.

While the technician was at the house, we agreed to one price. He would not take a check or credit card on site. Rather, they sent me a bill later that day for $60 higher than our agreed-upon price. Customer service was useless when I tried to call them and give them the credit card number on the phone number that was on the bill. They then had four different people calling me within the first three days from four different numbers, none of which were verifiable, telling me they were the collection department and trying to get me to give them a credit card number over the phone. This all happened with in the first four days of having the work done. I wanted to make sure that I was paying the company and not to a scam artist, but there was no verification that these people were with Aztec. I have paid the bill within the first 5 days of receipt, but I will never use this company again. Services: Electrical wiring installation, Electrical outlet & switch repair

Like McGuire, Aztec seems to be NOT a local business, but a front for a scam organization. Their MO used to be forcing you to pay $149 for an annual "service membership" but they've given that one up and now just charge a $99 "service fee." This would be normal if they actually showed up, but they never do. I made an appointment and was given a four-hour window for the next day. The window came and went with no call and no show, so I called to check in. I waited for the receptionist to speak with the scheduling manager, then she came back on the line to ask me to reschedule for 2-3 weeks from now. Beware these fake businesses with their fake reviews.
