Magtek Mechanical Heating & Cooling

I have to give a shout out to magtek. I had a issue with my electronic trane air cleaner system. Magtek sent me a technician in a hour! Good people and companies should be recognized. John at magtek helped me out and did a great job troubleshooting. He is very patient, polite and respectful. Magtek will be my future go to from now on based on the experience I got from John. I would like to leave a review because I am pleased with the service I received. Having an older home we were unsure what new systems would be available. Paul Cherry, Service Manager, came to the house and reviewed what we currently had. He was very professional and assured me that the new system would greatly improve the consistency of our heating and cooling. The day of installation, the crew arrived exactly on time. They spread tarps throughout the house and even on our deck. Paul & Dan worked 8 hour straight. Paul worked to get the new thermostat on line & patiently explained the system to me. They were very professional and efficient. The crew cleaned everything before leaving. I am extremely happy with the new system and the service Magtek provided. Thank you, Phil W. Matt and Austin were AMAZING. They were very professional. The team came out and gave us an honest quote and we’re able to get a new air conditioning unit installed right at the beginning of summer.
