Had a great experience with Paul, one of the techs on a rooftop installation performed a few days ago. Apparently another more complex electrical problem arose. Paul was persistent in identifying the problem. I needed an immediate solution based on the needs of this particular tenant. Paul took the time on a holiday weekend to solve that problem. I have to give a shout out to magtek. I had a issue with my electronic trane air cleaner system. Magtek sent me a technician in a hour! Good people and companies should be recognized. John at magtek helped me out and did a great job troubleshooting. He is very patient, polite and respectful. Magtek will be my future go to from now on based on the experience I got from John. I would like to leave a review because I am pleased with the service I received. Having an older home we were unsure what new systems would be available. Paul Cherry, Service Manager, came to the house and reviewed what we currently had. He was very professional and assured me that the new system would greatly improve the consistency of our heating and cooling. The day of installation, the crew arrived exactly on time. They spread tarps throughout the house and even on our deck. Paul & Dan worked 8 hour straight. Paul worked to get the new thermostat on line & patiently explained the system to me. They were very professional and efficient. The crew cleaned everything before leaving. I am extremely happy with the new system and the service Magtek provided. Thank you, Phil W.
