My dishwasher leaked all over my hardwood floor and into my crawl space. I contacted them and they scheduled to come out wi a half an hour. They were respectful of my home. They are polite and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Connor and Greg.

I work with Menold consistently on a vendor level. I must say, if you're looking for a company to communicate clearly, act professionally, and get the job done right the first time, Menold is it. I've had the privilege of working with Jenna for the last couple years. Her and her team treat me with unconditional respect and we've fostered a great professional relationship as well as a friendship. The standards that Jenna holds are present company wide, and I'm impressed with the way I'm treated every time I meet with their team. If I need help with mold, water damage, fire damage, or a construction project, my first call will be Menold every time.

We had some water in our basement recently from a flood in our area so we called Menold. When they came out, they did a very thorough inspection of everything, explaining it all along the way. They were SO patient in addressing all of our questions and concerns. It was clear they were very knowledgeable and truly did care about helping us, so it was relieving to know we were in great hands. Before they did anything (like pull off baseboards), they asked if it was ok to do first, which we appreciated. They then created a plan with fans and dehumidifiers, as well as the next steps beyond that. We also had them come out another time and cut out some drywall that had mold on it in the basement from a previous situation. They shop vacced up all the debris, and beyond the parts they had to cut out, you would never know they were there. This was such a wonderful, stress-free experience from start to finish with Menold!! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of the services
