I have had Redbird Plumbing install 2 water heaters and replace a sump pump. They are professional, punctual, and their prices are very competitive. 2 years later we had a minor gas leak on our water heater and even though the leak wasn't their fault, they came out and fixed the leak and capped a gas line in our laundry room that was uncapped. I asked how they would bill me and Chris said that there was no charge because the fixes just took a few minutes. I am still picking my jaw up off the floor - what amazing service! I highly recommend Redbird Plumbing. Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair
We recently had a 13yr old water heater begin leaking. I contacted Redbird Plumbing, Covenant, and 3 others. The product knowledge that Chris w Redbird had was impressive and spot-on. Of the 5 outfits, Redbird has the best parts AND labor warranty. Chris helped us obtain an exact match to our current water heater (not0standard). Their turnaround for installing a new water heater was same-day. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Redbird! (credit to Covenant Plumbing for also being informed, courteous, and well priced...they did not have the exact heater I was looking for)
We’ve always used Redbird since moving into our house and never had a bad experience. However when our water heater gave out and was threatening to flood the basement (it was a lot of water), we called Redbird and Chris answered the phone. He told us we needed a new water heater and the prices for business hours vs after hours service, which were reasonable. I tried repeatedly to ask what we needed to do to stop the water and if it was necessary to have him come on the weekend and pay extra or if it was ok to wait. He would only talk about his prices and defend how reasonable they were compared to other local plumbers. I continued to say I didn’t have a problem with the price but could he please help us with what needed done in that moment to stop the water. He then cut me off and said “let me talk to your husband”. Excuse me? Why can’t you continue to talk to me? Are little wifey’s supposed to shut up and let the men discuss these manly matters? What the hell? I was shocked and silent
