Carlson Exteriors Inc.

Had to have them out several times to fix roof and siding install issues due to poor craftsmanship when my home was initially built. They would not answer messages then show up unannounced on the roof. Their craftsmanship warranty is a joke. Have to fix more stuff on my own now since my roof is peeling up and they want to charge me to fix their mistakes.

The only response I have ever received was to my first initial contact for a quote. I was not given a time that Caleb would show up, just a day. I emailed to request a time frame for arrival, no response. Once he did arrive, we discussed the work and he said he would send me a quote. After two weeks and hearing nothing back, I email requesting a quote, no response. I called and let a voicemail, no response. So I guess I was ghosted by Caleb and Carlson Exteriors? If you do not want the job, say so. Completely unprofessional. Update: After posting this I got an apologetic response and a quote. I appreciate that but will not be booking them. I will change my rating since they did respond.

Carlson recently repaired my roof after another local company made my small leak worse with their “repair”. I should have used Carlson to begin with and learned my lesson! They were prompt, friendly and reasonable. They have all my future business.
