I had Dalton from Platinum Plumbing come out and fix my burst pipe. It took him less than an hour. He was very friendly and even warned me about some other issues I may have in the house (old water heater!). I also appreciated how communicative Platinum Plumbing was. I got multiple texts and emails about my appointment and a quick reschedule when I needed. I would definitely use them again.

Platinum plumbing sent their guy Dalton out asap to help us out with some gas leaks. Unfortunately for wallet, it made more sense to update the water heater as well. Dalton was super professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and a pleasure to work with. He was fast and answered any stupid question I asked! Dalton, made sure we had a quality garbage disposal. We already had one to install but he ran and got us what was needed for our house. He then put in our faucet. We need to get a water softener so while he worked, we talked about that too. My husband and I were both here so he explained a lot while he worked. Thanks, Dalton for quality service.
