Not only was my experience buying a new furnace/AC excellent, I’ve been in their maintenance program for years, which is a great value! But the thing that got me? Doug spent a lot of time trying to help me figure out a problem with my AC unit in my NEW house; a unit that he didn’t even sell to me!!! Who does that? Doug at Amazing Air. Amazing service at a fair price. The techs took the time to diagnose the problem with my AC. We ended up needing a new unit and Amazing Air helped us pick out and install a new one within two days.
I had them out for a repair over a year ago did not go with them as they wanted to replace AC unit after 2 costly attempts to fix. $179 & then $670.. $849 dollars in with no fix I wanted a second opinion so had another company come they made needed repairs for $250 and has been great since. Somehow this week I was charged $300 By Amazing AIR I’m sure they will say ( yearly home service plan ) that I 100% declined & would not sign up for , Very crazy that they store and charge customers without authorization. Stay clear of these guys!
