I had a dire plumbing emergency with not so clean water running down from the basement finished ceiling and walls and welling up through the finished basement flooring . I was desperate to find a plumber willing to come out on a Saturday night . Most of the ‘24 hour’ emergency services didn’t even pick up and the ones that did said it’ll be at least 12 hours before anyone can help. I called DRC plumbing as I was going down the line of emergency plumbers . Derek answered the phone right away . He calmly triaged the situation ( I was less than calm, imagining a sewer water crisis just as I’m about to host thanksgiving in a few days). Derek was out within the hour. I was so distraught that initially I didn’t realize that this was the same plumber who came out to install my kitchen faucet . Within a couple of hours the crisis was resolved . He was clean, thorough and professional. Heros don’t have to wear capes . They can just save you thousands of dollars and Thanksgiving . Thank you Dere

DRC Plumbing and Sewer installed new sump pump and backup system. They also replaced the cartridges in my bathroom faucets. Derek did a great job installing and explaining any questions I had. I have used him for over 8 years. He is responsive to calls, quick on setting schedule and prompt on day of the work needed to be done. He also is very patient when it comes to asking questions.
