Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Joshua was professional about his work. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He also applied a decent discount to the bill. It still was more than I would have liked to have paid, but it was nice he did it. The dispatchers for Roto-Rooter did a decent job of continuing to update me on Joshua. Getting over to me but it was several hours after the service window when they said he would arrive. That part really wasn't Josh's phone as much as this dispatcher that wasn't on top of things.

I always have a great experience when I use root-rooter plumbing. They are very nice and professional and always do a great job and clean up after the job is done. They also educate me on any issues that they might foresee happening and let me know to keep an eye out for these issues. Overall great experience. Thanks

I highly would not recommend them. They sent Alejandro the tech to come down and find and fix a gas leak. He wanted to charge $400/hr. He didnt even start with the pressure test to see if the source is some where within reach. He just started cutting walls from the get go. He cut multiple walls from the first floor, 2nd floor and ceiling. After about 2 hours of cutting he says he needs to run to the store to get a fitting and the 30 minute drive to the store will count towards the hourly pay. Then he tells me that this job could take up to 12 hours. I immediately fired him. Gave him his $600 ( did nothing but cut walls.) I went and called Kevin Szabo Plumbing. They came out the next day, did pressure test and located the leak near the furnace. They didn't even touch pipes within the exposed joints. They were done in 1 hour. They charged me a total of 200 for the entire job. These guys spent 2 hours cutting up my walls. Thank god I fired them before they can rack up more money.
