Usually I do not write reviews. I am surprised with all the positive reviews. They were extremely rude on the phone. I can understand refusing the job; but acting like a jerk is not acceptable. I would not use them for any plumbing needs.
Fixed the leak. Reasonable price. Same day service. Would use again. Plumber was pleasant and professional.
Southtown Plumbing helped me with a new sump pump after my crawl space flooded. Gave me info for Chicago Water and Fire to pump out the water and came the very next day to install new sump pump. Highly recommend them!
