We started working with Mike and his staff in July of 2020 and had plans to hire him to install a new roof including complete tear off of the old one, replacing our skylight and all new gutters before winter hit but we just didn't have our ducks in a row. When we were finally ready in the spring I called Mike back and he was more than happy to continue working with us. First thing he does is give you a link to their company cam where they document the whole project from to before to after with photos and videos. Super cool to see everything that is done since I'm not climbing up to watch. He sent us updated contract info and gave me a list of houses they had done to go look at that were in the shades we were interested in. He was very patient while I took a couple weeks to go back and look at the houses after I narrowed it down to my final three.
