I had a leak in my old roof and needed a complete tear off. I also considered doing the siding, gutters, facia and soffit at the same time. I contacted a handful of companies for estimates. Mike came the same day with roofing and siding samples. He measured everything and spent a lot of time with me going over my options and thoroughly explaining all the costs with each individualized project. Roofing Staff did not have the cheapest estimate, but they were on the lower end. I decided to go with Roofing Staff because of the level of communication with Mike, his willingness to work within my budget, and my trust in the company and Mike to do the job correctly. I decided to get a roof and gutters and will wait until the spring to do the siding, facia, and soffits. As soon as I signed the contract, the roof was scheduled to be done the following week. We started working with Mike and his staff in July of 2020 and had plans to hire him to install a new roof including complete tear off of the old one, replacing our skylight and all new gutters before winter hit but we just didn't have our ducks in a row. When we were finally ready in the spring I called Mike back and he was more than happy to continue working with us. First thing he does is give you a link to their company cam where they document the whole project from to before to after with photos and videos. Super cool to see everything that is done since I'm not climbing up to watch. He sent us updated contract info and gave me a list of houses they had done to go look at that were in the shades we were interested in. He was very patient while I took a couple weeks to go back and look at the houses after I narrowed it down to my final three.
