Advantex Restoration

Wasted 3 months of our time and we finally pulled out of the project because they could not coordinate well enough with their subcontractors to get the work done. Finally got charged almost $1000 out of our deposit for something they messed up on in the first place when they miscoordinated with our plumber that was installing a vent in our roof. Awful experience. Complete unprofessional.

Called for an inspection after a hailstorm. Picked up on the first call! Was able to schedule an inspection for the very next day. Arrived at my home early! Made great recommendations on what should be done to my roof. Was not a pushy salesman at all. Overall a great experience. Will be calling back for any future needs. Thanks again! Jim came to my house to see what causes the roof leaking the other day. He spent a good 45 minutes looking and putting glue on cracked shingles. He can’t find anything that caused the leaks since everything was intact. I asked him what would be the total cost and he responded “‘I don’t charge you anything since I didn’t find what causes the leaks” I was so thankful that there’s still honest people out there. I once called air conditioning maintenance, he came to the house turned on the main electrical outlet, and charged me $200. Jim, thank you so much for your kindness, and honesty.
