Over the weekend our AC unit had a leak. We called Modern Air and they had a technician out within an hour. Jesus was fantastic every step up the way. I would like to comment on the amazing job that Luke Trattner did while fixing my AC unit. He literally checked every wire in that unit to find the real problem, which was a bad relay. His level of thoroughness and attention to detail was amazing and should be the standard for all of the technicians. I hope that Modern Air Solutions understands how lucky they are that they have a guy like Luke working for them as his work ethic makes them look really good.
