Our entire experience from initial call to the education and use of our new systems was flawless. After 20 years our AC unit quit. We knew it was only a matter of time. We did our research and had multiple companies out to the house. MAS provided us with the best products and customer service. Casey spent time explaining the quality of the units to be installed and cost saving benefits. He thoroughly discussed the benefits of the warranty and warranty program, describing the maintenance program and its benefits. Ian and Logan arrived on time, full of energy, workmanship, respect and expertise. They worked all day replacing both our furnace and AC (heat pump). They tested all units and educated us on the use. They spent quality time teaching us the use of the thermostat along with tips and tricks with both the cellular app and wall unit. Communication and education is top notch with MAS.

I would like to comment on the amazing job that Luke Trattner did while fixing my AC unit. He literally checked every wire in that unit to find the real problem, which was a bad relay. His level of thoroughness and attention to detail was amazing and should be the standard for all of the technicians. I hope that Modern Air Solutions understands how lucky they are that they have a guy like Luke working for them as his work ethic makes them look really good.
