Travis was extremely professional. Was right on time as promised. He provided an estimate based on photos I sent. However, after coming in person, Travis realized less work was needed and adjusted his service fee 28% down. He could have asked the full fee and I wouldn't have questioned him if it wasn't for his honesty. That is for me the definition of integrity, professionalism, ethical behavior. This was such a pleasant experience. I went to the Tesla site and saw NUCO electric as the first option in my area. Travis came out within a week of scheduling my appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took 3 weeks to get the permit approved (which was the timeline he stated). Nonetheless, Clint and another gentleman arrived at 8:30 the day of installation and completed everything in less than 2 hours. They even installed my cord bracket as well.
