Ate $250 to get them out my door. They requested over the top pay for a gas valve replacement that was assessed to be needed by new tech who's on the phone with other techs entire time. New tech initially says replacement part isn't configured for propane and didn't have access to another part for correct propane furnace setup, changes the story and then says they have the correct part but needed to put old part in and that the issue takes place before part to be swapped even needed to take place. Tech says process of elimination needed to take place first and gas never reaches replacement part. I ask why that wasn't assessed in initial assessment and didn't have a good answer and just says I won't be charged for replacement part. No checks on propane tank by tech, no checks on other shut off valves, loss of 5% on propane in tank during their inept assessment. Had enough and ate $250 to get them out my door without any resolve for the issue. In the end, charged >$300 for an inep
