We purchased a new, top of the line Carrier heat pump system, including a new furnace and air conditioner, with one system for the main floor and the other system for the upstairs. Our technicians, Chuck and Jason, were true professionals! Their work was exemplary! The two-day installation was perfect! They are true professionals. Some residents of our four-story condo building wanted to replace their 25-year-old A/C units. We met with Chris from Allied, he was on time, completely prepared with quotes, options, procedures and answered all of our questions. We told him that the hatch opening to the roof was only 26 inches x 26 inches of clear space to get the condenser units on the roof. Technician's Jason, Keenan, Jerry and Jeff replaced three A/C systems, without the use of a Crain, in one day. We are very happy with their work.
