I've used Allied Air Conditioning & Heating for a number of years and always had a positive experience. Their invoices are well documented in terms of work performed and they also verbally explain what did and found before they leave. Happy to continue using them. Service: HVAC system maintenance

I had Allied come out for seasonal maintenance on my furnaces. The technician told me that the heat exchanger was cracker on both furnaces. They were only 12 years old and seemed odd that both furnace heat exchangers cracked in the same year. He also told me they weren’t covered by warranty because I wasn’t the original owner, which turned out to be false. I asked for option to replace heat exchanger or furnace. Allied sent their sales guy out who only quoted me new furnace for $7,200 each furnace. Never sent me quote for heat exchanger replacement. I had another HVAC company come out they confirmed the heat exchangers were under warranty and could replace them for $1,800 each or replace the furnaces for $5,500 ea but after they inspected the furnaces they found that neither heat exchanger was cracked or emitting any CO2. Allied was very dishonest and will never use them again. Service: Heating system maintenance
