You know how you have to hire someone to fix something and you are just not sure if they are good at what they do and are not going to rip you off? Thank goodness I found at least one company that is dependable, straight forward and treats customers like they would there own family. Great technicians who are professional, clear communicators and are truly tremendous at what they do. They are careful to let you know what is happening with your AC/furnace and give you fair warning to help you plan for replacement or future repairs. I have been using Five Star for 18 years and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jimmy R was extremely knowledgeable on the entire heating unit, maintenance being done, and even provided first-hand experiences. He alerted me to a few areas of concern around/in my unit and explained each one of them thoroughly. He then promptly serviced everything without any issues or complications. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performed service and I already scheduled an A/C service prior to Summer 2023. Service: Heating system maintenance
