Tony came out to our home the same day we texted him. We were having an emergency with a strange smell in our furnace room. We thought it was the furnace he installed last year, and worried that there was a carbon monoxide problem. Regardless he came promptly on time the same day and helped us clean stuff out of our furnace room and other parts of our garage until we found the problem. Tony went over & above in terms of service and we were really thankful! It turns out it was something under our sink in the garage and nothing to do with our HVAC. Tony’s installation of our HVAC was awesome as well, as he did the whole job in 1 day last year. He is professional and a sweet guy and gave us a competitive price . Thank you Tony! Total Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my 27-year-old Lennox furnace and A/C with a Trane 96% efficient furnace and Bosch heat pump / air conditioner.
