We could not be happier with the services from Tony at Total Heating & Air Conditioning!! I will go into more detail later but if you are looking for a quick review, look no further and go with Tony! We were referred to him by our friends who had their furnace replaced by him and he was fantastic! He was able to come the same day we called him with our issues and he was so personable and nice! We had never dealt with furnace issues before and knew nothing about them but Tony walked us through everything he was seeing and what our options were in a way we could understand. He was able to install the new furnace a couple days later so we could have heat right away and came back the next week to answer some of our questions and make sure things were running smoothly! We were provided an estimate along with a date and time for installation. Everything went smoothly according to plan, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. They showed up on time and worked until the job was done, they also cleaned up everything when done, including having the old system pick up by a recycling company on the same day. He was professional, courteous, always prompt with the appointments, and met the commitments he made in completing the project in a timely fashion. Our home is way more comfortable with the system he put in than it has ever been. I could not be happier.
