Doesn’t show as scheduled for appointments. I was on his schedule for 2 weeks receiving reminder alerts almost daily from his automated scheduling system. I shut down our business early to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment. Twenty-five minutes past the scheduled time I decided to call to make sure there wasn’t a mix up with the addresses of the 2 houses that needed serviced. He tells me he is 30 minutes away which would have been just under an hour for me. He made it very clear he had no regard for how long I had been waiting. Common courtesy is to call or text customers to alert them you will be late. Total disregard for customers and their time. I have no opinion on the quality of his work because I told him don’t bother come. If the interaction starts bad it will end bad. Just show up on time or call. It’s really not that hard to do.
