Jeff was great explained everything and spent one of the hottest days of the summer crawling around in my attic to fix my AC drain pipe as well as recharging my unit so we didn't melt during this heat wave. Got everything done in one day and make sure everything was working perfectly before he left so we didn't have to worry.

My water heater stopped working and I tried to relight it myself but it wouldn’t. I called TFP and Kurt came out to help. He was great! Showed me a “reset” button I didn’t know it had and got it working. He was great in explaining routine maintenance for it and was super friendly and professional. This is the second time I’ve used TFP I will continue to do so. From Daliah that called to confirm my online appointment request to Kurt and his apprentice, it’s been a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you!
