I had to have work done to my bathtub, was leaking downstairs, they came out did the job decent price. $290. It leaked afterwards they came out and leak was not detected, didn’t charge me to follow up, well low and behold still leaked. Called them back they were prompt, professional, and kind, long story short 2.5 hours later and all work and parts, no charge. I am sure this doesn’t happen often that they had to do more work but my property was built in the 1950’ and they were awesome and made me feel completely comfortable. We've used Tom Smith Plumbing for several jobs now in a 120 year-old house we are renovating and their service has been consistently excellent. Starting with the owner, Tom, all of their several employees we've dealt with have been courteous, professional, competent and responsive to our various needs and plumbing challenges. Their pricing is fair and predictable, no surprises. We're very glad to be their customer after bad experiences with several other companies in the Peoria area.

Called them and they were here within a couple of hours. Told us over the phone how to decrease the leak until they could arrive to assess/fix. Reasonable price, friendly, and all of this done within a couple of hours of my initial phone call…also, the day before a major holiday…and 30+ miles away from their main location.
