I'm sorry to say I won't be using them again...I called at 8:04 am an scheduled a time which was to be 4pm to 6pm that day, then you call me at 5:37pm an say sorry done for the day but I can for a emergency call of $200. No I won't be using them again...It took him longer to park...A $30 line I had the water off..2 nuts to loosen remove the line insert the new one...Thats alot of greed and no integrity...No I won't be using them an u will tell everyone I know...Thank you..

I have used Cranford Plumbing in the past through my Home warranty, so when my claim was denied this time while working with another plumber, I decided to pay out of pocket and I immediately called Cranford Plumbing on Friday 4-29-22. He Said buy the new toilet and supply line and call me when you have it. I bought the stuff on saturday and texted him to lethim know I had everything. First thing Monday May 2nd he called me to say he would be at my house today. He called me when he was on his way and 1 hour later he had the old toilet out, had cleaned the floor under the toilet with bleach and installed the new toilet and fixed the issue that caused the toilet to leak and hauled away my old one. He was very profressional and very nice. And I cant thank him enough for all he did in such a timely manner. And the price was more than reasonable. If I have any other plumbing needs you better bet I will use their service again. Services: Toilet repair, Toilet installation
